Lowes clearing out hardware?

I got a sweet $230 nailgun for $99 at our Lowes... man did it help putting the winter coop together!

Why would a store like Lowes be getting rid of their hinges, etc.??

Wow! thanks!! going to have to check this out, as we need hinges and stuff and Harbor Freight had good deals, but your prices are the best yet. I wonder if they do this yearly in order to make room for new and updated versions?

My lowes didn't have any hinges on sale. I did notice the sale cart had several things on it but no hinges. Maybe I was too late.
