Has anyone encountered something similar?

I’m starting to think it’s fowl pox, this litter wasn’t enclosed the best and I live in a tropical area. Any tips or suggestions on how to approach the situation?
If you have mosquitoes around that could get to it, it might fowl pox.
 
Chicks have a harder time with fowl pox. The scabs can swell blocking a nostril or block their vision which makes it harder to breathe or see their food and water. There is no treatment, but you could move her to where the mosquitoes cannot get in. Screens and spray permethrin from the feed store inside the coop , and letting it dry can help keep mosquitoes away for 30 days. There is a vaccine for chicks over 8 weeks.
