Lump on face

My little girl Penny has a lump on her face- I noticed it 2 weeks ago and it hasn't really changed- she is still happy and talkative so she seams fine but I don't know if I need to do something for her and have no idea what it is??
She is a pekin bantam about 2 years old

Is the other side (right side) swollen, or does it just look that way in the picture? She could have a cyst on her face, but sometimes peck wounds or injuries can become abscessed. You could try to lance it, and squeeze it to try and express some pus or solid core. If you get only blood, it is probably cyst or tumor. Does her eye look puffy to you?
