Lump on foot not bumblefoot

I need help identifying this lump on my chickens foot. It’s squishy and doesn’t seem to bother her. I’m not sure if I should try and drain it or just leave it.

Can you get a photo of the underside or can you check to see what's directly under that? At a glance it appears to be an impacted toe pocket.. Have you tried pressing down on it gently and if so, what do you see?

She has had it there for awhile it doesn’t seem to bother her. She’s got no other wounds on her foot. When you extend her toe it gets smaller and if you press down on it it’s soft and squishy like a water balloon.
