Lump on hen’s head any ideas what it is???

Hi anyone able to identify what this is? Ever seen something like this before? What should I do? This is a Lavender Cuckoo Orpington. Thanks in advance.

It feels solid. Pretty weird though, all of a sudden unnoticed it. She’s really red in her comb this morning, laying and acting normal otherwise. It’s her 3rd season
