Lump under 3 week old chicks wing

I have a 3 week old chick that since it was just a couple of days old had a little lump under the right wing. It hasn’t grown or anything and it acts completely like the other chick I have who doesn’t have the lump but I don’t know what it is.

I’m sorry but no I haven’t had this before. Looks like a little cyst though to me.
