Lump under vent of my Pullet , help!

I have. 3 week old pulley that is swollen with a lump under her vent. I have cleaned her vent and the lump is just getting bigger. She cannot poop, no matter how hard she tries. I am worried for her what do I do? She is still eating and drinking ...

I had one do this, she couldn't go at all, and had a lil swelling under the vent. I washed the vent area under running warm water about 80-90 degrees, and lightly squeezed it and it released a discharge. I then washed, and dried it off , blow dried it, and placed it under the heat lamp. It did fine afterwards.

The main thing about wetting a small chick is to dry it off and place back in the heat until it warms back up.
