Someone else. He's got an AQPA (quarter pony) registration application, and it's got his pedigree on it. He's related to a thoroughbred. And the guy up the street has one of his distant cousins!!!

Well, maybe not me, but MOM does, that's for sure. Flloyd has what horse people would call personality. Anyone else would say he's mean. He tries to bite people he doesn't like, which varies for me. If I have a peppermint, he loves me. Any other day I walk on the other side of the aisle
