My mom will not let me dye my hair. She got the under layers of her hair dyed red, green, purple, blue, and orange and she won't let me dye a strand of mine lavender?! My mom knows I'm not goth, but she thinks my best friend is. She kinda is though.....She wears black all the time, but I don't care.

Hmm, that's weird :/ You'd think your mom would be ok with it since she dyes her hair. Will she let you put extensions or chalk in so you can have some temporary colour, maybe?
Oh, and I don't think there is anything wrong with being goth. It's just annoying to be called something I'm clearly not
