The MadCity Chicken Coop Tour is a great event for both the curious and the serious to learn more about backyard chickens. This is a self-guided tour of coops throughout Madison. You can see a map of the tour with addresses and descriptions of the host coops and flocks at www.madcitychickens.com (coming soon).

I apologize that our website is not quite ready with more details, but it will be soon so you can see where each coop is and plan your coop tour day! For the locals, this event is the morning of the Saturday of the Orton Park Festival on the eastside, which oughta really get swinging at 1:15, so spend your morning ogling chickens and your afternoon dancing! Hope to see you out there!
