Flamming dinosaur, is the goanna, or giant lizard. Other countries call them monitors. They looove eggs.

Ah! I read it as Flamingo Dinosaur and wasn't entirely sure what to make of it.
That's a neat little nest she's made for herself. Too bad someone discovered it.

Speaking of flamingo's, here's the duckies gorging themselves in the vegetable garden together with my pink, plastic ones. (it's a bit of a joke since the ducks live in a caravan and all trailer park homes need pink flamingo's in their yard)

It is escaping duck week here. This has resulted in lots of wing trimming and one cull. I'll see what tomorrow brings.

Guys!! My eggs are hatching this week! I gave the iffy ones to Rose, because she's been sitting on the most beautiful empty feather nest for a week, only leaving it to snap at my toes. She looked so pleased I think she'll give me a head start before she charges me down next time. I also attached some candling photos, the first one is the beak pushing up on membrane.

Not visible action yet, but I'm using her to gauge the hatch. Shes started the multiple times a day swims and returning wet. So should be soon
