i just realized that i have 2 goats due to kid on that same day, so i think i'll be sitting this one out! I don't think i can handle goats, chicks, easter, and midterm projects all at the same time!!!

That is exactly how and why I had slew of young chicks come out of the ginormous brooder I couldn't tell anybody their providence and in some cases, gosh, is that a barnevelder? What are THOSE? Where did I get those eggs? Oh! Those are BOs (all proud to recognize 'em) and that is either a cochin or a light brahma...

I'm trying to do better, now.
Forgetting what they are is probably my brains method of being sneaky. If I don't know what they are then I have to keep them until they grow up, right?!!
well today is day 17 of 23 eggs and boy when i got home i had a surprise no chick yet but soon there were several in the incubator just a wiggling i was so mad earlier for something that happened but when i went to turn the eggs and saw some of them wiggling it brightened my day has anyone else had a baby chic to start to wiggle and try to get out on day 17 at midnight tonight they will be on day 18 should i go ahead and up the hummidity and go ahead and place them in lockdown
how high should i put the humidity also is it safe to lock the down on day 17 almost day 18 i thought i had to turn them till day 18 so they do not stick to one side
