Both a tracking search and a Fedex customers relatations representative assured my new incubator was on the truck yesterday; I needed meds for this bug, but stayed home waiting for the truck all day. At 4:00 it had not arrived; I tracked it again and found it had been returned to the facility [for the fourth time since Friday].

Today the tracking seach indicates its being held at their facilitiy; customers relations tell me no, the driver has been given the directions for getting to my place and has the incubator on the truck.

I've called again, telling them I'll pick it up at the facility [60 miles away] if it's there.................................. they're still saying it's on the truck but the driver can be notified not to deliver if I want to pick it up tomorrow........................ the last tracking seach of my own still shows it's never the left the facility.

Oh Steve I feel for you!!! That is enough to make a person go nuts!!!!!!! I hope you get it today! The lack of communication with the postal service and Fedex, UPS etc... is CRAZY!

Has anyone with a Brinsea Oct 20 Eco ever been brave enough to take the plastic cover thing off of the lid and clean the dust off the fan etc. I don't want to mess up any electronic parts, but canned air is not working and it is covered in dust! Can I take it off without causing problems????

But since I so love orpingtons...maybe yes I do want one just like that one. It is gorgeous!

Ok thanks! I didn't want to run it with the fan that dirty so I will for sure clean it off!
