What gives with all the early birds!? I don't have any pips or cheeping! Me and my eggs are feeling inadequate over here!

Just locked down! I'm down to 11 eggs from 27, all shipped.
Made it to lockdown:
0 of 7 White Marans

3 of 7 Wheaten Ameraucana
2 of 7 Silkies
6 of 6 Salmon Faveroles

Its pretty obvious which eggs traveled the farthest from my numbers huh? The faveroles came from only a few hours away and it shows. Learning from this, I've already got the next set of eggs in the mail to me from here in Texas. I ordered a breeders choice assortment of purebreds so I'm excited to see what I get! My hubby is going to kill me when he finds out tho.... Any tips for hiding incubators?

Confession time: I turned around my incubator in record time on Monday: as soon as I got the last ducling out, I had it washed and sterlised and back on before the fan had time to stop. Currently got 12 of my own brahma eggs and 3 large fowl OEg for a friend. Well he wanted them incubated, and it takes 24 eggs, and they never work properly empty....!!

Oh and have managed this week after a whole year trying to get DH any way interested in hatching to fall in love with goslings. He doesn't want them to go back to their real home now! How do I explain, no m'dear, they gotta go....

I shall have to try and hatch out more me thinks, mwah ha haaaaaaaaa!

2 speckled sussex (mine)
2 something or others (Mahonri's)

and one SS in there unzipping like a crazy chickie.

I can't, I run a hatching service, so hatch eggs for people with no broody hen/incubators of their own. The ducks and geese are belonging to someone else: as if there isn't enough pressure on hatching, I do it as a service too!

Turkey's, BLRW, NN, Silkies and some secret project eggs.
