how long do I wait to move to a brooder box, I have 4 chicks as of now, 2 pipping, 6 yet to go.
the brooder is at temp and ready.

In comparison to a gamey Patchling from my flock:

All three roos: The one in the front has just discovered the meaties can't run away, and are thus easy targets for mating.

And and unrelated picture of my head roo, Patchwork. He was all up in my grill while I was taking pictures. Doesn't he look especially roo-ly?

My bator is at temp, and 75 humidity. will the wet looking chicks get fluffy at that humidity, or should I put them in a nice warm and dry brooder. to get fluffy, or let them chill for awhile. will upsetting the bator environment effect the unhatched eggs. sorry if these are so basic of questions. this is our very first time...and we are all enjoying the moment. RH.
