I'm in, even if it's just my own eggs!
I tried to get lavender Ameraucanas from Crystal Creek for this hatch, too, but
someone beat me to it!

S'all right, I'll get some for a different hatch.
I would be happy to offer a dozen (plus) eggs from my Marans flock as a prize, maybe a consolation prize like the NYD hatch for someone whose eggs don't hatch?
So far from the group I've hatched out blue, splash, and cuckoo chicks. It's 6 blue hens (2 of which look birchen or silver?) in with a very contrasty blue cuckoo male and a light silver/birchen? cuckoo blue rooster. Babies could be any mix of the blue/cuckoo and whatever that extra gene is, silver or birchen. Egg color varies from lighter brown with large dark speckles to more evenly colored dark eggs. Will send the darkest eggs available at the time. Also happy to mix in some olive eggers out of Marans x Ameraucana (BBS/cuckoo/silver/birchen genes possible).
For the hatch, hoping to have Marans (as above) and hopefully some olive egger chicks if my 3 Ameraucana pullets kick in by then.
....plus whatever I may come across for shipped eggs that I can't resist.
So excited, got fans installed in the styrofoam incubators, so temps are way more stable. My recent hatching rates this last time were greatly improved.
