My Silver Laced Brahmas were due to hatch last Thursday so I took Thursday and Friday off from work. I now have four healthy SLB chicks. A fifth one hatched but it's intestines and bladder were on the outside of it's body so we had to end it's suffering immediately. Two more developed fully but didn't hatch. All the air cells were messed up so I'm very happy to have the four. I also have two BLRWs.

Thanks to SCG for the idea of putting the washcloth in the bottom of the Brinsea to get the humidity up. I managed to keep it at 70% that way.
I might have ten of the Easter hatch BLRWs sold, all of them are developing. And I was worried they might all be infertile because I've never seen the rooster breed any of his hens, too much of a gentleman I guess, likes his privacy.
