They are so stinkin' cute.

What kind are those? Mine are white and fawm and white.

I have no idea what colors they will be. They are from a mixed flock, all runners but different colors. They were freebees so I won't complain. Still waiting on the last egg. Had 1 hatch Tues. night 3 hatch yesterday(wed) and 1 hatch this morning. I have seen this one wiggle a few times. How long do I give it????

added pic. This is NOT my picture.
This a picture of some of the duck that are owned by the man that gave me the eggs. He had other colrs also. So mine will be surprise colors.

Thanks Bob! Like I said, the more I hear that other people's eggs are doing the same thing mine are, the better I feel and the more hopeful I am. I am not counting any of them until they are out of the shells but this is my first time incubating and all I can imagine is a week from New Year's Day still looking at the same eight eggs and having to give up on them. that I didn't mess this up along the line. I shouldn't have but the closer we get to hatching day the more sure I am that I screwed it up. I don't know why I feel this way, maybe I am just preparing myself for disappointment. IDK

I feel the same! I did have a couple eggs rock and roll when I removed them from the turners and placed them on their sides at lockdown yesterday, so I knew they were alive then......but not a movement since! It's almost worse than no movement! I'm convinced I've messed them up and I'll be stuck with 12 full term chicks dead in their shells.

I was reasonably casual and semi-confident the first two weeks, but not now. I'm beginning to understand the stress of hatching these experienced folks are talking about!!!

ARRGGHHH!!!!!

Sent DD out with the camera to take some pictures of our roosters crowing, here is our picture for the contest:

Just speaking for me personally - but the point is to just enjoy it. There is a prize for the first to hatch after midnight but I am really here for the fun of it and all of your collective great personalities!

Don't ya know the

means just kidding?

I personally wish mine would hurry up. No pips or zips and I think I'm going insane over here!

It is just hard to type as well as we communicate in person. I reread mine and it sounded kinda snarky - which isn't how I meant it at all. Those smilies just don't convey my meanings as well as I wish (insert smily here). I try really hard not to be rude to people, so if in the future I step on anyone's toes - I didn't mean to...I just have really large feet.
