In the past, my "wrong end" pips did just fine, BlueBirdCick! It will be okay.

I suspect the big yellow chick had been hatched out a while, because it went right for the food when I set up the feeder .. it was trying desperately to get it's little sibling to come 'to the table' .. but the little one would peak it's head out and then disappear again ..

This morning they were both out eating and drinking and now they are trying to get #3 to join them ..

It's so fun!

You could try copying and pasting into a notepad document on your computer, title it with the date and person you were talking to. I've had to do that with e-mails on occasion. just a thought.

I wish I had taken a picture of my sticky chick, but it is too late now. Sticky, sticky, sticky! Had to peel him out of the shell. Cause was too high humidity. When the chicks start hatching (all wet), it increases the humidity in the bator and can cause this, I have found.

Hope someone has pictures ..... that is a great idea!

I'm gonna have to head off to Starbucks soon, with my laptop, so I can mine this thread for the rooster crowing pictures not yet on the entry page. I suppose it will also serve to keep mw away from the 'bator and those two pipped eggs.

Wish I could figure out how to save stuff on this iPad!
