Truly a miracle chick if it pipped Monday internally and it's still alive on Wednesday morning. Most die within 12 hours if they haven't externally pipped... ie... Tuesday morning. Guess you could name it Lazarus if it lives....​

You've been through the emotional ringer with this chick... it HAS to survive. Why else would it hold on this long?​

You've been through the emotional ringer with this chick... it HAS to survive. Why else would it hold on this long?

It's torturing me.. Maybe it's payback for killing a Blue Jay when I got my first BB gun for Christmas at the age of 10...........

i have to give you credit for patients. Any chick of mine that hasn't taken a breath of fresh air after about 10 hours gets a nice hole in the shell around its beak. If it hasn't made progress within 10 hours of me cracking it, it gets help.
