Just did one last candling. I have 13 for sure in the game out of 24 and two 'probable' - they are dark, but unable to see veining so they are either chicks or pending egg-bombs. No smell. So I am hoping for 15/24 chicks if I get lucky - the nine I tossed last week were complete non starters. IF I get even 10 I'd be thrilled, considering these are shipped eggs and I didn't have time to 'rest' them before the contest started..
