Isn't it precious when an egg peeps??!!? Before it even pips, just a solid egg, peeping.

Sometimes they sound pretty determined and sort of angry, and that cracks me up.

I had a big bowl of New England Clam Chowder as I felt like I was starving. My chickens HATE the cold and are all in the coop and I saw some of that snow as I was driving up the freeway past Laree's place. It didn't stick.

I know the Hovabator was running high.

I have a pip. ..it's way too soon... all I can do is wait and watch.

BTW, the pip is from a "Halo" w/bw Ameraucana egg... traveled all the way from Florida to hatch in AZ.
