I've seen mine do that , I think its normal , and none have ever lost an eye .

Thanks Steve - good to know!! All mine appear to have eyes intact this morning.

So want to pull them out but with the third egg stuck at 3/4 zipped I am afraid to. I want to play with them.

Actually right now I think they have settled down for nap #27.

HEAVENS NO!! You don't need to give it another thought. I would love to keep that GCM but you can have the rest. Don't you ever worry about ordering me eggs for heavens sake. I got plenty of chicks.

If more hatch then that's just cream. I think it's just great that you would offer to do it in the first place.

I still have 3 in bators.. one in recovery that I helped fininish zipping. I don't know if he'll make it.

There is one with a big pip in the brinsea and one without a pip. I'm going to let nature take it's course.

Nifty was asking how many chicks we all hatched out... it would be great to have a number.

so all my scrambles should go as yolkers? what about detached air cells? none of those even started developing. I have cracked most all of them open.....OMG at the mess the scramblers were. No hope at all for them.
I had 14 scrambled, 5 visibly detached air cells, and 14 that I was unsure of until I cracked them open....of those 11 were scrambled and 3 had started developing early but stopped too......very early like no further than day 5

so that is a total of 25 scrambled and 5 detached air cells
