I feel your pain. I have 8 local eggs sitting on my counter just waiting for the shipped eggs to get here today or tomorrow (TODAY...TODAY...TODAY!!) and rest a day so they can jump in the warmed and prepped incubator. I keep telling myself everyone says it's to risky to stagger a hatch by even a few days....I keep telling myself.....I keep....I......
Do you know I have 8 local eggs sitting on my counter just waiting...
What if I just put them in a day ahead of the others? That can't hurt, can it???? Lock down the others a day early?????? Really???????????????
This is killing me. AND my 2-year-old. She just saw the incubator set up again and went over to "'ook at eggs" and dissolved into tears when I told her there weren't any eggs in there. (but I guess 2-year-olds always dissolve into tears when they're told "no," don't they?)
