Can you believe I could not find a feather duster anywhere? Not even at the Goodwill store!! So I got a small doggie toy for the babies. A pink pig, washable. Snuggly.

I snapped the best shot I could as soon as I got home from work yesterday, with my cell phone. Pardon the poop, I took the picture before pulling out the top layer of paper towels. Impulse before cogitation, that's me.

go slow and do it in your hot steamy bathroom. If you see a lot of blood stop cover it in a warm wet washclth with beak exposed and stick it back in the bator for 2 to 3 hrs then try again take the shell off first then the membrane and peer in

I know EXACTLY how you feel!

But, I have to say, if I could do it, you can, too, especially with so much help from everyone! Not even sure mine was shrinkwrapped, but at least I didn't kill her!

Thanks Superchemicalgirl and Judges.. I sincerely appreciate your support. I have helped before, but never before the chick had pipped on it's own. I go on lunch in a half hour from now.. Will do it then and will let you know what happens..
