I'm here Michelle!

I've been looking for someone to entertain me. I've found when it's my non-work week, it's much quieter in here during the day Mon-Fri, when the majority of posters are working or doing something productive around the house.

Monday for me it was baking bread, the rest of it got used this morning for toast. Tuesday was peach pie. I'll have to think of something else to bake today, maybe another loaf of bread.

Funny when you have chickens...................what's for breakfast?.......................how about eggs! Hmmmm, need a quick dinner...............how about eggs? Maybe in the form of quiche?

At the moment to my right is seven cages full of finches. I just put a bathing dish into one and there are little sprays of water going everywhere and lots of wing fluttering going on. Very cute.

I suppose I should break away and at least vacumn (you know, those four dogs and all that birdseed).

DH just headed to the feedstore for ten bales of alfalfa & a few bales of shavings. Time to get the brooders set up, refresh the nest boxes and maybe clean out the egg flock house.

BTW I lived in Stockton for several years...

I don't think folks on here realize how unique snow is in the central valley there.
