Ok, I set my first batch of eggs at noon...here they are...
1st row on the left 4 of my W/BWA
2nd row from the left (plus the one in the first row) EE Swap eggs
Last two rows Iowa Blue/EE for a total of 25

Does anyone have experience with Brown Chinese Swan Geese? I have a rescue pair as of day before yesterday, and I'm trying to determine gender. Crappy pic:

I'll get better pics up soon, but they look too similar to call with limited experience, and they're under a year so neither has laid an egg, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything, apparently.

Anyone have any idea? I really don't want to try to vent sex antisocial geese that don't know me...

I have read that the knobs on males are larger than on a female and with mine it is true

Mr Miltons knob is larger than both Miss Penelope and Miss Andreas knobs

Just received another shipment of eggs and the box was damaged and discolored. You just knew there were broken eggs in it. Fortunately I still have eight eggs to set from this box. I'll be setting the rest of my eggs in a few minutes. After the new eggs rest, how long do they need to be in the bator before I start turning them? Fortunately I have a hatcher that I can put them in for that time and then will add them with the rest of the hatch.

I think it depends on what your air cells look like? Help from smarter people here!

Mine does the golf thing, too. I used to call it the other woman. Then I played on a pitch and putt course one time with him- you know, the cute little Par 3 courses? I realized golf is just a big game of pool. My short game ROCKS!! I was a mean pool shark in college. Once was enough. I'm done with golf. He can have it, though. I have birdies!

Actually, my DH plays pretty good so he has his birdies as well. He even gets an eagle now and again!

ok so i have 105 in the incubators will get 23 more on monday when the postman decides to call me and let me know they are there when they were suppose to be here today here are the pictures of my 2 incubators can someone please let me know if i am stacking them correctly so that i do not mess them up and when the others get here they will go in also
