Wow, those are beautiful chickens and chicks. Thank you for those pics.
So... I opened up the bator helped the stuck chick out and candled the other eggs. Here is what I found:
The chick I had to help out is just a little immature. It's bottom is still a little open and needs to dry out.
The one huge Marans egg didn't make it and looks like it hadn't develped for awhile
The two Buckeye eggs had chicks alive in them. I helped one out (it had pipped at the wrong end and I couldn't see) anyway as I got it out it was sad. It's insides were on the outside. So it is no more.
The last Buckeye was stuck and I don't know if it has more extensive issues because I have it resting before going further. It started to bleed. I will know more in a few hours.
