I noticed the hen is the first picture of post #53 looks combless, while others have a small amount of red flesh. Which do you select for?

I continue to be in awe, this breed seems to excell in every way! Do you plan to eventually have combless roosters? Do you think they would be capable of feral survival in your climate?

beautiful birds!!!! If i didn't free range... i would be interested!
.....but the breed is Maiden Rock bantams, yet the contact address of one earth farms is in Ellsworth?
...Maiden Rock, famous for the legend of the indian maiden and Bob Manor game horses. That is the one guy I would have trusted to buy a horse from sight unseen...he is fabulous!

question: Do you sell your cull birds? In my case they would be yard ornaments only... not for breeding, sale or show.
