With the Wilton Swap coming up this weekend will there be a thread for it? I plan on being there this time.

I could not find a thread for wilton so I started one as a general wilton thread. it will be up to those going to keep it active.
there is a swap there this weekend on sunday as usual but they will also be having a saturday may 12th swap which may affect them having a swap on may 20th.

I went to the Wilton Swap today.

Good turnout and pleasant company.

I'll go to the swap there next Saturday if the weather is nice, Seems sunshine brings out the buyers!

I'll have some pairs of large fowl cochins to sell - youngsters who are about 12 weeks old in black, white and blue.

anyone going to the May 26th Scarborough swap should be aware that the person posting this swap on craigslist is inviting the state inspectors (indirectly) he says you can sell what ever you want, no 6 chicks under 8 weeks rule or scrape tags needed. by posting this, I'm sure the state will be visiting. you don't have to worry if you are complying with the law, it's those that don't that get fined. (and yes, there were fines handed out in the past after photos were taken) .
please be aware that the rules for the swaps posted are common courtesy (clean up after yourself) and some are state and federal laws- 6 chick rule and scrape tags. I've posted them so people know what to expect and don't get in trouble because they didn't know.

Houlton Maine there will be a swap May 12th 8AM TO 12 behind the MPG building. Bring your animals and anything you want to sell,no set up fee bring your own table or use your tailgate.

I got a clarification on the weaned mammals rule. this applies only to guinea pigs and rabbits, not other livestock that enters the food chain (sheep,goats, cattle, these can be bottle babies and sold without a problem)
