Two of my chicks are growing much faster than the other two. I read that males grow slower. Any ideas of how many are males or females? What should I look for? When and how do I tell?

No one in these photos is showing blatant signs of being male, but this is not the best photo for gender assessment. How old are these birds, in weeks? Different breeds and crosses have different characteristics that can be evaluated at different ages. As for size discrepancy - that can be a matter of breed and even individual birds within the same breed - just as some people grow at different rates than others.
x2No obvious cockerels at this point in time. How old are they?
Thanks. What should I be looking for to tell? They are about 4 weeks old.

Any idea what breed this chick is. 3wks old
Are the legs yellow or pink/white? Buff is found in many single combed breeds, leg color can help rule some in/out
