Gotta sit down and fill out my police report... I'm sure a case number will be needed if I have to fight issues on our credit reports.. Not quite the adventure I wanted today. It feels like I keep getting punched no matter what I try to do. Bad people stink!!!!!

Yes, I know the situation came about from a negative turn, but sounds like it has the potential to be a positive time for all.

Nothing like kicking a person when they are down... Just went out side and someone broke into my car... Stole my stereo and a bag of papers I had in there that were important. I'm so ticked!!!!! I wanna cry

What crap! I have zero tolerance for and understanding of people who take what is not their's. Hopefully karma finds them soon. I am so sorry.

Why not? Depending on what the papers were you might want to notify credit bureaus or something. Just in case they could be used for stolen identity type stuff.

There should be an 800# on the back of the cards (there is on my VISA debit card). It may not be the # you need, but they should be able to tell you the proper # to call.

12 years ago my folks moved in with me. Big house, going through a divorce, disabled child. They moved in to help me. They still live with me. It works for us. It is incredible that my daughter gets to spend so much time with her grandparents. My mom is built in day care (and chicken care, dog care, cat care etc). My dad still works and contributes financially.

Can it be inconvenient - yes. Do we sometimes get on each other's nerves, yes. Do I have any desire to change the situation - NO. Does it annoy me when people ask, you live with your parents? yes, because they live with me. I think that helps a lot.

Look at this as a chance for your kids to spend extra time with your parents. Time they wouldn't have gotten otherwise. I am sure that they do not think you are a burden!!!!

My dad lived with us after Mom died, for the last year and a half of his life. He couldn't be trusted to live alone, on his own, any longer; he'd have burnt the house down around himself 'cause he'd forget to turn the stove off. He never truly accepted this as home, but it was better than a nursing home. He drew his last breath in our living room 10 years ago.

My Uncle came to live with us for the last 6 months of his life. That was really hard.

Sorry about the problems with your dad being able to care for himself, but I'm sure even with the issues, it was nice for both sides to be with family! That's too bad that he never thought of your house as home. Definitely better than a nursing home!!

I'm sooo upset.. I'm physically and mentally disabled so a woman gave me 4 red ranger roosters and that have been better than any pill thay have got me on. Thay keep me active and I spend hours just sitting in there pen. It calms me down and it helps my depression so much. Now the city comes to day and tells me IV got to get rid of them. I live on about a Acker and a half of land there in a very clean pen and thay don't even crow thay are so good. Now I'm going to lose them and loose my therapy tool.
