Making the most of it.

So Little Jerry is NOT liking being inside the fence. He has been crowing nonstop. The girls seem to be fine. I still have some places to add poultry wire that are on the porch that is connected to the run... I have them blocked off for now but it wont be hard to staple something in those small areas... With everyone in there place, this means I can start learning how to garden.. I can utilize my fire pit again and set up my patio table again when the sun comes out and have a little pool for the dogs and kids to play in without worrying about chicken poop.

I say today was a success overall... had a marvelous lunch with mom.. Got some cute magnets for the fridgerator... and my new tin rooster.

That right there is a huge Salted Mackerel from a Korean restaurant.

Michael my teen and I did it.. I was trotting along but it went better to have his help and he loved pounding the posts.

Looks good. Even did a better job than I have on my two runs. I pound the post in than zip tie tbe fence to it. Kinda ugly but its wicked quick.

I bought the little connectors. this was pre connectors. Hahahahaha.. it was hard getting the fence tight at first until Michael got home and gave me a hand.

I didnt even know they made connectors

I always used the tabs on there and folded em down tight
