Just an update... Had wind storms today. The fence stayed up but the board did not so birds got to free range the entire yard today. Devin says he will fix it his next day off. Why can't I be normal. Good morning. Made it through the first night without any temperature spikes... The temp was slightly lower than I wanted but not bad. Humidity had dropped down to 30 percent so I turned the eggs this morning and added water.

Coffee is made. I had enough creamer for one cup but no worries... I have milk.

Taking note. Turned eggs at 6 am..

Why would you pollute coffee?
 
Sugar pollutes coffee. Creamer makes it rich.
