Bunny was a mistake chick (the eggs were supposed to be all Dom eggs) and Coffee was an on purpose one. Coffee is is a Partridge Chantecler Rooster over a Black Jersey Giant/Black Java hen so if it's a girl (which I hope and think it is) it should be pretty and lay tons of eggs.

When you do quail again, you might want to try and get some eggs from WA to see if it's really an incubation issue vs a shipped egg issue.  No amount of magic touch will resurrect scrambled eggs.  If you have some local eggs in with Local's eggs, you'll be able to see if there is a difference.

They are lazy but happy go lucky. They eat a ton but are beautiful. I have two white jersey Giants.

This was the explanation I got from the lady I bought my eggs from.

"Probably your yellow chick is half Dominique and half Cream
Brabanter. There were 2 Dominique chicks that one of my Cream
Brabanter hens adopted. She was living with a Cream Brabanter
rooster. Later I separated the Dominique chicks for 3 weeks and put
them in a cage with a Dominiqiue rooster away from where I collect
hatching eggs. Then I put them back with all Dominiques. Usually 3
weeks is enough for the old sperm to die.

It is totally amazing that sperm can live so long. It is common for
poultry sperm to live 1 month or so inside a hen.

So your chick may be old Cream Brabanter sperm with a fresh Dominique egg!!"
