two ways... here is one way. Start by clicking on the number in the upper right-hand corner of the box of the post you want to link. If you want to link the whole thread, go to page one, post one and click the #1. For this example I have use your post to link to:
Making Things Easy For New Members! Click on the link and it will take you to your post 22. This one will take you to post #1 Making Things Easy For New Members!

Click on 22, hightlight text, copy (ctrl c), then paste (ctrl v)
