Hello friends, this is where we can watch the peeps I hatched grow up.

I'll do weekly updates, if I get a day that'll cooperate with me.


Here's the chicks I sexed, & hopefully I'm right about gender.

A couple of the chicks are about 2-3 days old, a couple are a day old, & a couple are just hours old from last night.

Chick Growth Update: 1 Week old.

The peeps got their heating plate adjusted yesterday. Now they're not carrying it on their backs like a turtle shell .

The chick with crooked toes, also apparently has an underdeveloped eye on its left, on the same side of the crooked toes are.

I wonder if the power outage had something to do with that at the beginning of the incubation period.

The chickies go to the brooder today, which is good.
