Oriental blood didn't move into Western civilization until the 'Age of Discovery.'

If, and I do say if, the domesticated chicken originated in the India sub-continent as many believe then basically the Bankivoid moved West while the Malayoid moved East. However, the whole question of origin has been argued at least since Darwin if not before.

Can someone PLEASE direct me to some Malay breeders in the US that are still breeding? I have been on a fruitless search. Sent out many emails and have heard nothing back. I am most interested in a BB red but am to a point where I might take another. Just looking for pullets.

I'll have some in the spring. I've sold all my pullets for the year. All I have right now is a 7 month old red pyle malay roo. He has a lot of pen feathers around his neck, but should make a nice one when he fills out.

Do you have any pics of your breeding stock? and/or the pullets you sold? I want to make sure I get the "Real thing" . Lots of people sell Malay but not all of them ARE Malay lol.
