It's been a while since I posted pictures in this thread!
My new serama rooster, Nova. I love his coloration, it's amazing! He has nicer type than shown in the pictures, too. I had been looking for just the right serama rooster to add to my flock for a while, and the second I saw him I knew he was the right rooster for me!
His comb got a little beat up before I bought him, he had a small scuffle with his brother.
These pretty girls need names:
Hen 1:
Hen 2:
Hen 3 (she seems to be something like a dun splash!):
This cockerel is from my own birds, his color is likely going to change and get prettier and prettier as he feathers out. His tail is big, it's funny how it sticks straight up! He doesn't have a name yet either.
Hanabi! I don't know what this color would be called but it's very, very pretty!
This is Butterscotch! I think her color would best be described as white-laced wheaten. So gorgeous!
Miranda, some sort of silver birchen type pattern?
Aztec:
Inca, who looks somewhat silver penciled. I LOVE her intricate patterning!
Maya:
I got this TINY serama pair at the show. They are still young so they're not done with their colors, but I don't think they're going to get a lot bigger than they are. They're currently living in a pen in the house.
They don't have names yet! I'm happy to finally get some truly tiny seramas, these two amaze me every time I look at them. And their type is much better than it looks in the pictures!
Charming, the mother of many of the birds above!
And Splash, also a member of the original serama trio I bought and mother of many of the seramas above. She's broody again but I'm not wanting chicks right now, so I may take the eggs away.
Prince, the father of many of the seramas above.
I just had to include Chiffon, she's the buff one in the picture above. I didn't get any good pictures of her this time! The other two in the picture are Miranda and Inca.
This young, handsome pure white fellow just found a home with nineteen girls all to himself recently. Lucky boy!
This tiny pullet is going to look just like her mom, Charming! She is looking for a good home.
This was my beautiful girl, Magpie... She unfortunately fell ill and passed away despite my best efforts trying to save her. I miss her, she was so gorgeous and sweet...
