Heres Miss Luna.. I really need to get newer pics. the one on the left is from when she was about 5.5mo old and the one on the right was when she was hours old but you can see her markings good. and the second row Left pic is a few days old.. its funny she looked sooo red as a baby and second row right is from this summer... Shs soooo nosey its hard to get pics of her too.. silly girl want to be a lap pony.. lol And she is a Bay Roan max. Sabino Overo with two blue eyes and yeap has that "fun" splash gene.. Her white extends into her ears and her ear drums have no pigmint (sp?) which is why she is deaf.

BluegrassSeramas & PhoenixFeatherFarms: I hate to be a hijacker too but I just had to share with fellow paint lovers who are also serama lovers.

Our yearling colt with his favorite ball, hence all the holes in it.

My 7 yr old daughter on her new mare(roan overo), second show together and doing w/t. Doesn't this mare look awesome for 28, and she still loves to be in the show ring!

O.K., so on a serama note I just put 12 eggs in the bator a couple of days ago from two different pairs, can't wait to see what I get out of these crosses.

You guys are not...helping in my resolve to not buy a horse I can't afford right now. Prices are so reasonable atm!!!! And it looks like their boarding is cheap....but I have no TIME for horses...no time ugh....!!!!!

Seriously though, no more horses, I'm already tempted enough with the >$1000 dollar specials on Craigslist...

Can someone please tell me what color this would be called? Im thinking a buff lacing but who knows??? Its a under a year old roo.

GOT ONE HATCH OUT OF MY NUKED EGGS!!!!!! It's a little black chick, who will probably be really lonely unless the zombie breeder eggs hatch (x2). He's currently in the incubator calling for his coturnix friends to zip already....
He's a black chick with a light colored chest, dark beak and dark legs (out of Bluegrass Serama). I'm probably going to keep him with the coturnix for a few days, then put him by himself with the midget chick from my last hatch.

Fingers crossed on the others!

Gee, if I had just made the right sort of noises, there are at least 3 horses that someone would have given to me. But I'm content with what I have - 3 minis (one a mule!). Hmm, miniature horses, Dwarf rabbits, bantam Cochins, Seramas - anyone else see a pattern here?!

Egg #4 is pipped and cheeping today.

Here are the three that we have so far:

Note to self - find something to set camera on next time - your hands are not steady enough!

So guys, I was mistaken. That chick that hatched isn't black, it's a sort of gray color throughout. I'll try to get real pictures soon, which might be difficult considering my husband also broke my camera in the name of "fixing" it.... Anyway he's the giant among 10 coturnix that have hatched.
