From what i have been told or advised that SHIPPED serama eggs are very difficult to hatch. Chances are better without shipment -

I am no expert - but they run an increased risk of ruptured air cells from shipping - and as a whole are just more fragile and dont make the trip well as other eggs might - from other breeds. I have also been told the less they are " fiddled " with the better - they jsut dont travel well

lmao first of all araucana and seramas are different breed and seramas eggs are harder to hatch cause any little thing can go wrong with the egg cause of their size so please if you dont know what you talking about please dont give out your 2cents thank you

So you're saying there is really no way to see what color Seramas are until they're grown -

Ugh - what a long wait ...

If the chick is from "chocolate box" mating, there's no telling. If you breed a lot of the same birds, or if they come from a line of the same color, you can make a good guess. Even then, there are suprises. I predicted that this chick would grow up wheaten. He did, but he's mottled as well!

I had a ballpark idea of what his hatchmate would color in as, and she is following my expectations.
