Off subject, but is it normal for seramas to be pushovers? I think my roo chick (5 weeks) injured a sebright chick of mine that was two weeks younger in their brooder and it ended up dying. And lately I've seen all the serama chicks tussling a lot. They are between 3-5 weeks in age guessing. Two Roos. Two pullets. And I have a fifth who is much younger and not at the fighting stage. Is all of this normal behavior? And should I be removing them now? This is my first time owning chickens these last few months and I've had my seramas only two weeks.

Hi,
I am new to this thread.have been reading in here for a couple of months learning all I can about the breed.
What a trip these little birds. I am just fascinated............
anyway, I have eggs in the incubater.I have been as attentive as a mother hen ( pardon the pun),
Checkng temps and humidity about every two hours and once in the middle of the night.
Lock down is Monday.........

Have 8 eggs that look good so far.
I appreciate the information I have gleaned so far............
I have been told to hatch like any other eggs...hope that is correct.
pictures for sure when they hatch.......

Hi. Brought 36 eggs from different auctions all serama

I have hatched 6 out. The rest were infertile or duds

I have def 2 off each lot after checking egg shells

2 yellow
1 yellow belly red top
1 looks like a Dutch Partridge
2 with feathery feet

Now I thought they were pekins lol so a mix up And ready to complain

Do you get featheredfeet in serama? And how will I know they are pure
