I wouldn't give them antibiotics unless you knew they were ill. Dying doesn't mean they have a treatable illness. Unfortunately, the only thing antibiotics are good for are bacterial infections. Stress, heat, poor nutrition, dehydration from lack of water, worms, mites, etc do not respond to antibiotics and antiobiotics can cause their own set of problems. You really need to find out what is going on before treating unless their illness is obvious. If you feel you need to keep them on the antibiotics, at least add some probiotics to the meal so they don't go down.
