I vote too early to tell.
I also agree that the legs/feet aren't dark enough to be a female.
Mine looked like that and when their feathers grew in there was alot of white everywhere.
You'll know better at 3-4 weeks, 11 days is too early.
As of now those little wing feathers are looking nice and dark on yours...
