Yes, her. She is a pretty pullet. Do you only have the three?
If so, I say keep the nicer boy with her until you can find her some friends. She needs the company if it's gonna be a while. Plus, new birds will bully her less (or vice versa) if there is two.

Also, that coop you have seems quite small. And you can't keep one chicken by itself.

I agree. However, if they are well cared for, that is an adequate coop.
