Looks like a cockerel. I see the tail starting to curve like a male, some saddle feathers starting to get pointy, large legs, and an upright stance. Sorry!!

I'm not seeing any pointy hackle or saddle feathers. I think it could be a tom girl/pullet

Do you see spurs?
You can't tell gender by spurs. All chickens have the little nubs, and the roosters will be full grown when they start growing.Do you see spurs?
