Male or Female Please

Looks like a cockerel. I see the tail starting to curve like a male, some saddle feathers starting to get pointy, large legs, and an upright stance. Sorry!!

No worries, thank you very much for your analysis. I have an opportunity to offload him on the 26th. He has one week left to prove to me that he is a boy or a girl.
 
It's not the best way to tell as I guess some hens could have them as well but in my experience my roosters have had spurs and hens have not.
 
You can't tell gender by spurs. All chickens have the little nubs, and the roosters will be full grown when they start growing.
Mine roosters grew spurs at about 3-4m none of my chickens have had spurs i know it's no a definite approach but that with other indicators could help her decide.
