I'm new to ducklings, but I have 6 Rouen ducklings. You can't tell what they are when they're that age. You have to wait until they get their adult feathers. My ducklings are just starting to get adult feathers; they're 3 weeks old. I won't be able to tell what they are for another month or two at least.

You aren't vent sexing at this age. Now you wait for feathering or quacking.

Youll need to wait till when there adult feathers come in and they start quacking. Then, you can tell

I am going to agree with everyone else and say you wont know for sure until around 2.5 to 3 months...but I'm going to guess female. Hey, I got a 50/50 chance of being right so why not.
