If that is a single comb, I would guess pullet. However, if its a pea comb or rose comb, I would guess rooster.

That is a beautiful chick, but I'm pretty sure Booted Bantams have single combs, which is why I guessed Buff Brahma. It looks like Buff Brahmas do. They can come in bantam size.
