Looks like a pullet. Pattern is pullet specific. What is the age? (answered now).. definitely pullet!
Gender specific saddle feathers start showing around 12 weeks and flowing well by 16 in most non hen feathered breeds. Examples from google..
Bearding gene inhibits watt;e size. Patter can make rounded feathers LOOK pointy.. placing fingers or a sheet of paper behind them than make feather shape easier to discern.

All are pullets. You have a white crested blue Polish, an Easter egger, two Lakenvelders, and a Rhode Island red in that bunch.
